SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. We also offer shipping services to other countries; however, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact our customer service for specific shipping costs to your location.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We primarily use UPS for our shipping services. In certain situations, we may use other carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Canada): 3-5 business days
- Standard Shipping (USA): 7-14 business days
- Expedited Shipping (USA): 5-7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary based on location and external factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
- For electric bikes shipped within Canada, shipping is included and there is no additional cost.
- For accessories, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.
- For shipments to the USA and other countries, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact our customer service for specific shipping costs.
- Please note that shipments to countries outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. For information on potential duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 4 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you still have concerns, please contact our customer service team at info@lankeleisi.ca.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Lankeleisi Canada is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If your package is lost, please contact us at info@lankeleisi.ca and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lankeleisi.ca. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
